Download a language
- Open Settings, then Bible downloads.
- Choose the language you want to keep offline, then start its download with an internet connection.
- “Downloading” shows the transfer. “Preparing” means the app is setting up the downloaded Bible.
- Wait for Ready before reading that pack. You can read English while you wait.
If a download fails, check your connection and use Retry in Bible downloads. A temporary connection loss does not remove your existing Bible text.
Change your reading pair
- Open Settings, then Languages.
- Choose the primary language you want for reading and explanations.
- Add a second language only if it helps you compare the passage.
You can have up to two active reading languages. Other downloaded packs stay on your device for later. If a selected pack is not ready, English is the fallback.
Share the full verse
- Open Share from a selected verse or the daily verse.
- Check the preview, including the verse reference and translation source.
- The default image fits all words. Open “Change style or size” only if you want a different background or format.
- If the passage is too long for a readable image, choose “Share full text”.
The share editor keeps the draft when you return from Android’s share menu. Some receiving apps crop images in their own preview; full-text sharing preserves the words.
Understand an explanation
Included or previously cached explanations can work offline. If the primary-language explanation is not available, the app may need internet or show an English fallback.
Ask AI is an online feature with usage limits. Read its responses alongside Scripture rather than treating generated text as a Bible translation.
Current Pro options and prices appear in the app through Google Play.
